Should we care about Global Issues
5m 43s
As Pentecostals, we are often perceived as otherworldly, when we are actually deeply engaged with global issues through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We are committed to addressing climate change by maintaining ecological balance and following government regulations. Pentecostals also oppose racism, drawing on Biblical teachings that emphasize unity and equality. Pentecostals actively combat racism through initiatives like the Pentecostal World Fellowship and stress the importance of being filled with the Holy Spirit to resist divisive influences. Thus, Pentecostals are called to be proactive in social issues, serving as salt and light in the world.
